Dr. Xavier D. Lewis

As a counselor for the NASA High School Aerospace Scholars STEM program, I work with 40 high school incoming seniors each week on STEM tasks related to Mars.  With NASA preparing to go back to the moon and then going to Mars afterwards it is important to get our future leaders prepared for the great things we have in store.

The students join the program in the Fall when they are Juniors and complete a set of tasks in the online course.  The students who have close to perfect scores get to attend a week long summer intern with us.  We do 6 weeks with 44 students.
