Dr. Xavier D. Lewis

The Young Makers STEM Club is the first STEM club in the Channelview Independent School District for elementary students sponsored by the Channelview Education Foundation.  Under the leadership of Mr. Xavier Lewis the STEM serves 60 students after school, where they work on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Technology (STEM) projects.  The purpose of this club is to get students interested in careers in STEM and motivate them to take an active role in being account for their learning.
