
ABOUT ME
Known to many as the “Data Doctor”, Dr. Xavier Lewis is a public school proud teacher, professional development facilitator, and leader in math and science education. As a champion for education, Xavier’s temperament is marked by a sense of conscientiousness and emotional stability.

Xavier’s instills within his students, the ability to utilize their own learning patterns to reach and exceed high levels of social-emotional and academic success. As an inquiry based teacher, he works with his students to promote higher debts of knowledge that relates the content to real world experiences. Xavier prides himself with meeting the needs of all students, generating a norm for students to take ownership and be accountable for their own learning.
Beyond the classroom, Xavier leads his colleagues around the state of Texas serving as a leader in the Texas Council for Elementary Science, and using data analysis and self-reflection to provide and lead professional development, where he has trained over 1000 teachers this past school year.

As an elementary educator, Xavier understands the importance of supporting and encouraging his students. He supports his student’s extracurricular activities and volunteers after school with 60 3rd-5th graders in a STEM club, where he fosters social and academic development, while introducing his students to careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
​
Xavier received his Doctorate of Education, from Northcentral University with a specialization in educational leadership.
